Wild Winds Sheep Company

Catherine and Martin Wissner

620 County Road 146

Carpenter, Wyoming 82054

All natural lamb from Tunis and Southdown sheep, never given hormones or unnecessary antibiotics or vaccinations. Free range, pasture raised sheep, humanely cared for using organic guidelines and practices. All natural lamb sold by the cut, side or whole. Turkeys, seasonal vegetables, and herbs also available.

Our sheep and lambs graze on our pastures in the summer and fall. During the winter and early spring months they are fed organic hay from our land and kept in a smaller pasture. All of our lambs are processed in a USDA inspected facility, the cuts are restaurant quality and cryo-vac packed (clear plastic) for long term storage and freshness. We sell our lamb by the whole, half, or by the pound, cut and wrapped, and you may place an order for custom cuts packed for you. We feel our grass-fed lamb is tender and flavorful enough to not need any marinades or sauces to enhance the flavor.
