With notice, he can provide fish carcasses for stock making. He has regular “All You Can Eat” Sushi events and sushi-making classes at restaurant locations around Northern Colorado, and now in Southern Wyoming.

All foods are certified organic, unless specifically described otherwise. We buy from farmers or wholesalers who buy from farmers, but not through the commodity food chain. Only foods from the US, preferably the Rocky Mountain West, particularly Colorado, choosing the closest source we can find. Bulk grains and flours, beans, mushrooms, vegetables by the case or box, honey, sunflower oil, dried fruits and nuts, grass-fed meats, pastured eggs. No GMOs, CAFO meats, industrial processed foods. No overhead, no paid employees, no warehouse space. Distribution day is the 3rd Thursday of the month at Unity church at 1342 N. Washington Street in Loveland.
